I am pleased to recommend Neal for any Senior Role in Logistics, Operations Planning, or Project Management. When Neal joined our Company, he quickly distinguished himself among his peer group earning promotions to Manager, and ultimately Director, based upon his leadership, intelligence, and ability to get things done. Neal helped provide new insights and innovation to our Logistics processes, and was instrumental in managing several key Organization projects. Neal was integral to planning and project management for moving our entire Operation to a new, state of the art Distribution Center, while having to maintain the existing Operation's service cadence. Neal adeptly managed a very heavy workload, while keeping focused on taking care of our 1200+ person delivery team as well as World Class Service to our customers. Neal would be an asset to any organization in need of a strong logistics leader and has my strong endorsement.

Neal Paulus is a proven leader and world class ballistic missile expert. I had the privilege to serve with Neal in 2011-12 when he was an officer in the Army and I was a senior leader in the Air Force. We worked with German, and Israeli officers and leaders on an extremely complex multinational security challenge in the Europe and Middle East. Neal was very impressive. He knew the technical specifications of his highly complex system, and understand how every part of the operational environment needed to be understood in order to apply that knowledge successfully. He has a unique ability to perceive what the problem is and develop and implement a coherent plan to solve it with the tools at hand. He also excels at presenting a problem and the potential solutions (with a selected best course of action) in a way that anyone can understand it and make data-driven logical conclusions about the best way to proceed. And when he speaks, others get quiet and listen. He does it in a matter-of-fact style that puts others at ease. We are blessed Neal wore the cloth in service to his nation. Would work with Neal again, anywhere.
