I had the opportunity to meet Neale through a former colleague and he's been a wonderful mentor and friend over the years. Neale has a genuine desire to share information he's gathered throughout his professional career with those around him. As someone who's made a complete change in my career, his mentorship and guidance has been invaluable. Aside from professional development, Neale is a true empath and someone who prioritizes giving back to the community. Neale's honesty, reliability and sincerity will make him a fantastic mentor to any mentee!

I had the opportunity to meet Neale through a mutual connection, and he has been a mentor to me personally and professionally for the past year. He’s extremely genuine, caring, and trustworthy within his approach. He’s an excellent listener and has provided impactful advice and guidance thus far. Based on his life experiences and career success within IT leadership, he has good insight into what works and doesn’t work in a variety of different matters. I look forward to continuing to be mentored by him and would highly recommend as a mentor if you are seeking one out!

I had the pleasure of working with Neale at DataKinetics when we put together a CIO Advisory Board. Neale immediately brought a very pragmatic and very operational approach to DataKinetics that immediately opened our eyes to the untapped potential in our organization. Neale is not only a transformational CIO but a transformational advisor whom I would use again in a heart beat. If you are looking to see what you should be doing next - then you need to call Neale.

As the first CIO of Misys Healthcare the initial goal was to build an IT strategy that was aligned with the 3-5 year business plan. Next was to organize the staff to execute against the strategy followed shortly by implementing tight measurement systems to improve efficiencies of the team and demonstrate improvements to the business. We then embarked upon a systems infrastructure consolidation and applications standardization, collapsing 4 business unit technologies down to one common standard. This resulted in cost savings and improved business processes. Show less
