  I was brought on board Nickle Electrical in 2004 as their Purchasing Manager. In this role I was responsible for purchasing the materials, tools for the electrical business.During this time period, the sales volume increased from 15M to 30M and purchasing represented about 32% of the sales volume. I coordinated delivery of numerous jobs throughout the region and provided vehicle tracking & maintenance for the fleet of approximately 30 vehicles.

  Donaldson Electric Inc was a start-up union electrical construction company specializing in residential and commercial projects. I was brought on board in 2000 as their Business Manager with financial and operational oversight. In this role I communicated with residents, contractors, and vendors to help successfully complete company projects in a timely and effective manner. My responsibilities included developing new business, generating proposals, estimating electrical costs, administering payroll, hiring and scheduling employees, maintaining personnel files, managing employee benefits and offering financial guidance in the areas of taxes and bank account management.
