He was my boss when I worked at en World Korea office as a Team Manager. What I learned from him was how to run the organization and attract the enthusiasm of my team members. With leadership I learned from him, I still know how to run an organization and draw out the strengths of my team members. He was my friend and boss, so I was able to talk straight out of any problem. He is a manager with a great time management and a very strong leadership. I would like to tell you that if someone is working with him now, he/she is a lucky guy who is working with a good boss. I also want to work with him again if I have a chance.
