  Worked as trim die and Casting press operator in the production plant for the first year; moved into the mold design department where I worked for the remainder of my tenure. I used Unigraphics CAD software to Design multi-cavity vacuum assisted Die cast molds from 2D part prints or from 3D part models that required draft and parting line modifications in order to be manufactured. My final design included a full 3D model of the mold and full detailed mold drawings which were sent to our mold shops for build. Show less
