I got the opportunity to meet Neal last year during a training time. Was a short time but enough to know the kind of professional and nice person he is. He has an extensive knowledge and experience in the Food Safety and laboratory environment, able to lead and communicate with different people levels, during his many years of work dealing with KPI's, reducing safety injuries in the work environment, work with Kaizen (5S), which is very useful on today's food industries. He like challenges and very open to the new. I definitely recommend Neal for any Food Industry !
