I have worked with many professionals throughout my journey, but Neal was a unique one to work with. I started my work journey with him at Echo Global Logistics, and he helped me understand the company’s internal process which he brought to the HR team. His work ethics are pristine, and he is easily adjustable to any given situation. His ability to go out of his way to help others has made him stand out. He is innovative, organized as well as helpful and is always open to ideas and suggestions. I’ve always put a premium on initiative and willingness to learn among my team members, and Neal never failed to deliver on both fronts. An example was when he suggested taking on more work and helping our HRBPs with their job responsibilities. He took on the challenge of conducting exit interviews while strategically using the information gathered during those sessions to help with our attrition. He was the first to take advantage of the knowledge these meetups offered and implemented it in his own work. Neal is a delight to work with – a team player with a positive, can-do attitude all the way. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire him again if the opportunity arose.
