In 1985, Neal Fisher opened Professional Personnel Services in Towson, MD, to provide professional personnel staffing services to the Baltimore region. In 1998, he changed the company name to PPS Information Systems Staffing to reflect his specialized efforts in the area of Information Technology. Neal possesses extensive experience that allows him to fit the right person in the right job. His vast knowledge of the IT field allows him to navigate the screening process to make sure all applicants possess the necessary skills, both technical and soft, to be successful in any position in which they are placed. Neal recruits and staffs IT professionals with some of the most well-known, well-respected, and technology-driven companies in the area.
