  • Prepares all necessary procedural documentation. • Ensure distribution and controlling of issued copies in accordance with procedures. • To ensure that all SHE documentation is controlled. • All SHE audit findings are closed out timeously • Ensuring that all Departments have valid SHE objectives. • Assisting SHE Officer with developing and maintaining policies for ISO 140001 and OHSAS 180001. • Co-ordinate monthly SHE committee meetings and collect the information necessary for review by Management team. • Compile the minutes of the meetings and maintaining records for continuous or future reference. • Maintain the AutoSheq system on a daily or weekly basis. • Capture weekly and monthly SHE stats as per reporting timelines. • Maintain records and documents associated with the implementation and coordination of ad hoc emergency drills at minimum 2 per annum. • Prepares audit schedule. • Assists with audits in line with internal audit schedules • Identify non-conformances • Ensure non-conformances are addressed and closed off within a stipulated time period. • Schedule annual Management Review Meetings bi-annually • Ensure Management Review meetings are held in line with the ISO standard. • Assist the SHE Officer with SHE Audits. • In conjunction with the SHE Officer, ensure compliance with all standards relating to ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 Show less
