Norman always analyzes a situation before proceeding, and always made us feel that he was looking at several angles before making a final decision. In this, I felt that Norman gave us options that no other IT pro had given us. Always personable, he also made us all comfortable that his work was about the people involved instead of just getting a job done quickly with no consideration of our staff.
