Our company hired Nick as a contractor. He was by far of the best IT Support professionals I have ever worked with. He is incredibly personable, professional, and gets the job done. Having someone who possesses the technical skills and personals skills like Nick in an organization's IT department is rare. He is truly an asset where ever he goes!

Let's face it, in the world of IT, not everyone is comfortable or good at being client-facing. Nick is one of those rare gems who is not only an extremely intelligent problem-solver but he is also able to establish genuine relationships with his colleagues and those he helps. He easily diffuses tense situations with his cheerful and professional personality. Nick was my favorite "IT Guy" ever and I wish more companies valued that unique balance of skill and personality in their IT departments.
