You Art Different works in association with the prestigious art centre Hotel de Gallifet. Following internships at both locations over the summer I am currently involved in translating documents for marketing and business purposes.

  At this art boutique I was responsible for bringing the new business to the attention of similar art locations in the area. I wrote blog posts about new artists and kept the website up to date. I was also in charge of photographing, editing and uploading images of all of the products we had. I also spent a lot of time on the boutique floor engaging with customers from different countries and explaining to them in a variety of languages the concept of the brand. I worked very closely with the art manager to lead several small projects aimed at finding new artists and further expanding on the centre's international reputation.   Galerie Gourvennec Ogor is a three year old gallery located in Marseille which has gained great local acclamation due to the gallerist's dynamic approach. At this art gallery I worked very closely with the gallerist to prepare for the next exhibition both in terms of planning and administration. I learn valuable lessons in art communication, presentation and upkeep and guided visitors around the gallery explaining both the artists and their pieces in a variety of languages. I was in charge of online and paper mailings for upcoming events and exhibitions. I also played a very active role in preparing the gallery’s new catalogue translating all of the French documents into English. Show less

This included the interior design as well as work on the menus, logo and website. I also aided in finding an appropriate team of staff and have completed many administrative tasks including job descriptions and placing adverts. I have worked extensively on the advertising side of the business and play an active role on the social media sites. Show less
