      - HRIS: Stream lead for reporting: define specifications to provide the needed reporting in Oracle HCM Build the DATA dictionary with all stream lead and ensure continuity during the migrating from the previous system. Ensure with product owner, IT and Technical that DATA architecture is strong enough to meet the requirements (flow, availability, security, storage procedure…etc.) o Follow up on the implementation of the TA dashboard with Business Intelligence team. Ensure that the DATA visualization produced under Power BI is accurate, and provide the insight needed for the business. - Referral tool: Act as the product owner of the platform with internal development team. Provide functional specifications and ensure they are well understood by the development team. Lead and communicate with project team members (scoping, specification, monitoring committee, testing, deployment, hypercare.) and coordinate their actions. Define the actions to be taken, set deadlines and assign the appropriate team, and manage adherence to deadlines. - HR Processes Digitalization: Act as the product owner of the solution for Webhelp, by doing the follow up with the Customer Success Manager of the provider.
