Nazia exudes confidence and leadership with an inquisitive nature and a deep focus on understanding issues for actionable change and improvement When I interviewed Nazia for a research position, her poise and confidence immediately caught my attention. She wasn’t just someone who could carry out the work we needed, but someone who could command a room of physicians. Nazia was instrumental in bringing qualitative research to a qualitatively-focused agenda, providing insight, expertise, and leadership through her skillset. As an independent thinker, she led her own research projects focusing on improved care delivery in the healthcare setting. Nazia’s expertise spans qualitative analysis as a researcher in the healthcare setting, policy analysis, user research, and research and evaluation as an independent consultant. I enjoyed my time working with Nazia and welcome the opportunity to work with her in the future.
