The organization is independent, non-partisan, and non-profit. It was established in 2014 with the aim to promote positive nationalism, healthy internationalism, and robust international cooperation, especially at the grassroots level. Directed the Conference on Indonesian Foreign Policy 2017 & 2018 - responsible to lead a professional conference management team, supervising both components of conference content and conference production. Lead the China-Indonesia Youth Exchange Program (2017-2019) - working closely with the Chinese Embassy and Fujian Provincial Government to manage two-way exchanges trip for 60 delegates per year. Supervised the establishment of FPCI Chapter Organization in universities, specifically cooperating with the Department of International Relations. Succeed in growing 60% of FPCI Chapters, engaging 35 out of 58 established International Relations scholar community in the country. Established and maintain the business plan of Dino Patti Djalal School of Diplomacy, the first diplomacy course open for the public in Indonesia.
