  As a PM, major responsibility includes: •Management of translation and localization projects: communication link between clients and translators; monitoring and selection of suitable translators for each project (set up and lead translation team of translators/QA testers); negotiation of rates and conditions (preparing proposals and quotations for the client); planning with clients and translators the different steps of the translation process; proofreading to ensure that the quality and processes are optimized; ensuring that the proposed dates are met and the information is recorded properly; billing processes (management of invoices from translators as well as those invoices issued for clients). Maintaining easygoing workflow between the client and translators/QA testers, ensuring client satisfaction; tracking and controlling costs throughout the entire lifecycle of project; file preparation and post processing of localized file; scheduling and defining process of i18n for each client; designing a process of quality assurance and online testing plan for each mobile app/software project; handling daily updates for ongoing projects; handling short turnaround requests (press releases, social media content, brand marketing materials, etc.). •The projects I have worked at correspond to leading clients in their fields (apps for mobiles phones and other electronic devices, website 2.0, etc.).
