       Report directly to the HSE Manager  Undertake daily inspection tours in area of responsibility to ensure implementation of, and adherence to, the procedures set out in the HSE Site Plan, Group HSE Manual and any additional project specific requirements.  Take necessary action to rectify breaches of procedures or newly identified hazards, to ensure safe working conditions. Refers more complex issues to a more senior HSE authority.  Complete daily activity reports, bringing to attention actions taken on identified matters of concern and issues requiring resolution by higher authority.  Liaise with and advise construction representatives of all disciplines to ensure full understanding of and adherence to HSE standards.  Maintain records on non compliance reports.  Advise about further improvements in existing working methods.  Direct supervision to Sub-contractors that strict compliance to company’s safety program is adhered throughout the duration of the job.  To investigate and make report of incidents or accidents that happened and informs clients.  Check each sub-contractor’s work plan and procedure on the Safety’s point of view and advice the Construction Manager thereof before commencement of the work or while working.  Responsible for enforcing safety rules, as well as identifying and correcting unsafe condition at the job site.  Responsible for producing and maintaining site safety equipments.  Do routine check up on fire alarms, Fire Extinguishers and hydrants and loudspeaker on its serviceability.
