I had the pleasure of working with Nayna whilst she was in her Team Manager role at AZ. Nayna was a delight to work with and contributed hugely to the success of the complex recruitment within the Inhalation arena. Nayna assisted this by networking, creating innovative ideas to attract and reach out to specialists etc. We attended many conferences together and Nayna was inspirational in her approach and valued in her role. In her role as Team Manager, she was respected valued and very engaged by her team and a genuine people person. I will miss working with her.

Nayna brings a combination of excellent communication and the ability to get a team working together, with strong technical and scientific skills, in particular for the development of Metered Dose Inhalers. She is also a highly motivated and committed individual with enthusiasm and the drive to get the job done. It was a pleasure to have Nayna in my group and I would highly recommend her.
