  Recent Research: Targeting Depressive Symptoms in Younger Breast Cancer Survivors: The Pathways to Wellness Randomized Controlled Trial of Mindfulness Meditation - Systemically analyzed data from this multi-institution, randomized, phase III trial. Breast cancer survivors were randomized to mindful awareness practices group (MAPs) and wait-list control group (WLC). Scientifically evaluated the efficacy of the intervention in reducing the depression scale (CES-D).
