After many months of negotiation, the Irving Fraternal Order of Police has now merged with the Irving Police Association. We are now known as Irving Police Association FOP Lodge 323. So proud of both organizations to come together, putting aside OLD differences that divided officers more than 25 years. We stand united as one voice, with one purpose - to represent the fine men and women of the Irving Police Department.

Master Peace Officer Certification; My duties have included Patrol Training Officer, Licensed TCOLE Instructor, Peer Support Member, Crime Prevention Specialist, Background Investigations and provide building and personnel security for City Hall. I helped establish and coordinated the very 1st Citizen Police Academy for the City of Irving and expanded the Irving Citizens On Patrol Program to begin handicap parking enforcement.
