      RESPONSIBILITIES: Reporting to Fleet Director and GM. Responsible as shore liaison with Master of the assigned vessels as first point of contact. Attending class external Audits, Oil Major and Terminal Vetting & Inspections and follow up corrective and preventive measures for observations raised during the external Audits and Inspections. Certified Incident Investigator for various types of marine related incidents and follow up with investigation reports based on root cause analysis to minimise re-occurrence. Responsible as PIC for KPI on fleet near-misses and the reported near miss are categorised, analysed and circulated as monthly bulletin to the fleet vessels. Responsible for upkeeping the Company SMS manual and review process as per industry best practices. Assigned as lead auditor for Company interdepartmental auditing process. Conduct MOC for assigned tasks with risk assessments for non-routine and critical work activities. Promoting “Just Culture” approach as Company safety culture and implementing stop work policy by intervening unsafe condition and behaviour. Involved with top management team and responsible to assist for company’s DOC Audit, TMSA compliance Audits and charterer’s regular meetings and safety conferences by presenting Company’s KPI and HSSE performance. Acting as Company’s alternate CSO and supporting the security related matters for fleet vessels.
