Coordinates the preparation and quality assurance of culture media, chemicals, reagents, stains, and solutions as appropriate. 5. Evaluates collected laboratory data and prepares reports assessing accuracy, completeness, timeliness, progress, adverse trends, and appropriate recommendation or conclusions. 6. Participates in the development of new medical laboratory procedures and techniques. Provides technical guidance and instruction to students, interns, residents, staff, and other employees. 7. Participate in the development and implementation of clinical evaluations. 8.
