Sanne Meijrink
I worked with Navita during my time at Indus International School. I got to know her for her excellent subject knowledge (especially in mathematics), her great classroom management, and also her proficiency with the interactive whiteboard to make her lessons more engaging. I attended several math meetings with Navita as the math coordinator and I found her both receptive to input and feedback, as well as decisive when needed. Navita taught in grades 1, 3 and 5, and therefore has excellent knowledge of the wider spectrum of the PYP. Navita was always willing to share her knowledge and it comes as no surprise that she is now a Workshop Leader and School Visitor for the IB. Navita accepted the position of PYP Coordinator and subsequently Head of School after I left. I am sure that with her passion for education, her leadership skills and her sense of humour she is doing an excellent job!
