   To monitor all production servers and ensure production clients are running without any mishaps caused by server or application.  To monitor and ensure all the production datas are stored in database.  Troubleshoot and provide the solution to the problem related to server and client communication.  Actively communicate to the suppliers to solve the problems as quick as possible.  Configuring clients to the server.  Planning and taking all machine backups.  To improve the equipment efficiency (OEE) through special project team (Kaizen), Process Cycle time reduction, CIP, Scrap reduction projects & pseudo error reduction.  To trouble shoot and provide solution to the problem related to the process of pneumatics and electrical.  Debugging of Automotive cards like ECU, Immobilizers, Body controls.  Generating Program for the Flash Programming, Functional and Final Testers.  Designing Strain Measurement Boards to verify strain during process.  Responsible for ECR (Engineering Change Request) implementations for software and hardware changes of the product.  Localization of machinery and equipment, tooling and calibration services.  To assist cross functional team to interpret and analyze the data to find the root cause of failure.  Analyzing the field failures from the process side.  Identify and develop new streams for testing Tools and maintaining good quality of the product.  Working on evaluating performance of Testing Jigs for the products in order to increase the Yield.  Communicating with vendors for fixtures, jigs and tester supporting Equipments.  Training the new joiners in the field of Testing process and maintenance.
