HP+ is a new printing software solution that comes free with select HP OfficeJet and HP LaserJet printers. It delivers an extra year of warranty protection, increased sustainability, free ink for the first 6 months, and low-cost ink and toner at up to 50% off the retail price for the life of the device. Stratus IOT is platform supporting the Print ecosystem to connect HP printers to the Cloud. It involves 3 steps for enabling the printer connection to the cloud, Step1 - Bootstrap the device with the cloud identity, Step2 - Provide configurations to the device for various cloud connectivity profiles of the printer, Step3 - Device capabilities and configurations provided by the printer are stored to provide APIs to the solution layers. My role is about working with the Eco system triage team which was formed newly in Jan 2021 for analyzing the issues in System level including Device firmware, Cloud, Applications, Portal.
