Preparing the SLA files for governance call on monthly basis. Finalizing the HFM, CF and OAD data for different entities and coordinating with Consolidation team to upload the balances. Preparing and submitting the annual survey and quarterly reports. Preparing & reviewing the Balance sheet recons of Prepaid, Accruals, AP & AR accounts, which include reconciliation between GL & SL. Preparing/ updating and getting all the DTP’s signoff from clients, related to the process in timely manner. Reviewing and supervising the team work, to make sure all the SLA are met. Make sure timely and quality deliverables of the process. Analyzing the errors and implementing the new control checks in the process for smooth and improve quality deliverables. Taking regular calls/meeting/discuss with the client, to fill the knowledge/ process gap and meet the client expectations. Transition of new activities and stabilized within the agreed dead line. Preparing and submitting the International Tax package to auditors To make sure all the prepaid expenses getting amortized as per invoice. Preparing & posting the prepaid and amortization journals for different towers under our process.
