Smart and Diligent are the phrases that come to my mind when I think about Naveen. I have known him for 4 years as we studied in the same college. His ability to take the initiative and pull people together for any event or task shows his people skills. It has been humbling to see his growth from an intern to Application support specialist in his office and his willingness to learn new and difficult things. Naveen would be an asset to any team.

Naveen came in as an intern with Report Garden around the same time I was starting my career here. He has been super inquisitive since the day he joined and I still remember having many intelligent discussions with him during those 6 months. He then left to complete his MBA and then Report Garden called him back to join us as a full-time employee. We have worked in different teams for a long time but I have always seen him grow in all the roles he was offered. I got the opportunity to manage him directly a few months back and the experience is absolutely wonderful. His dedication and his passion for solving customers' issues have always made him a very important and dependable part of the team. He has a bright career ahead because he is always up for learning and for the new challenges as well. I wish him good luck in achieving whatever he wishes to.
