Have a hands on experience Working as a Engineer in O and M of 58 MW Captive Power Plant which comprises of 8.5 MW Combined Cycle Power Plant CCPP(5.5 MW Gas Turbine, Heat Recovery Steam Generator (HRSG) having output capacity of 16 ton/Hrs. @ 42 bar & 3.0 MW Steam Turbine) and 50 MW HFO based Diesel & Gas Fired Engines (WHR Boilers). My responsibilities include: •Responsibility of Control Room Operation of Dual Fuel Gas Turbine, HRSG,Steam Turbine, Engines, Gas Compressor ,Dual Fuel Boiler, WHR Boiler and its Auxiliaries through DCS. •Responsibility during shift for Smooth Operation, Plant Start-up.Shutdown, Synchronizing, Load Management , Emergency handling, Black Start, Load shedding Scheme and Troubleshooting. •Hot and Cold start up of HRSG,Turbines and Engines. •Handle emergency situation of desk operation confidently. •Responsible of Shift Energy Fuel Oil, Gas, Water Management,Steam Cons. reports,Plant operation shift log books and over all shift responsibility,Co-ordination with E and I department. •Work on "System Applications and Products in data Processing (SAP ),Computerized maintenance management system (CMMS),and Material Management System(MMS). •Ability to optimize the plant operating parameters to maximize energy efficiency.•Performance monitoring and evaluation of CCPP within varying range of lads.
