   Working as a Lead Procurement Engineer to carry out Complete Project Procurement Activities including services required in accordance and considering cost factor with respect to allocated budget.  Procured & outsourced material as per the material specifications, drawings, datasheets, method statements and other documents submitted by the Design & engineering team before placing order.   Floating timely RFQ and finalizing the Purchase Orders based upon the product delivery lead time and requirement of material as per the project schedule activities to avoid delay and storage constraints at site.  Issuing sub-contract agreement & service orders for HSE Studies, Third Party Inspection, Fabrication, Painting & Coating, Norm Study, Cathodic Protection, Calliper Pigging, Civil activities, etc.  Arranging and reviewing documents for KOC submittal from vendors such as ITP, GAD, Datasheets, Procedures and other necessary documents as per the standards requirement prior providing manufacturing clearance.   Coordinating with QA/QC department to raise Concession Request and Technical Query received from Vendor for getting KOC approval in case of material substitutions & non-compliance.  Arranging VPIM and thereafter Inspection Witness activities with TPI and KOC as per the approved ITP.   Involved in finalizing the rental transportation, machineries and heavy equipment’s required for execution of projects.   Contributes to long term call off contracts and procuring day to day Consumables, Tools & Tackles, Safety Items & PPE required at site.  Reviewing the development status and implementation of all approved procedures for conformity with the product during manufacturing stage by obtaining the progress report.   Projects Handled: 1.
