I had the pleasure of working directly with Navdeep, although for a short period of time. She quickly demonstrated her capabilities in Preformulation development by establishing contracts, summarizing previously data, and planning out new studies. Additionally, she worked well with all group members and other departments to progress an early stage compound by resolving a poor bioavailability challenge.

Anubhav Arora, Ph.D.

Navdeep is a successful R&D leader, and has independently led projects to achieve results which exceeded expectations. As an individual contributor, she made key technical contributions which were critical in supporting various projects from pre-clinical through Phase 2 trials.
