I have completed the Integral Associate Coaching certification in the same class as Rika and I can truly say that she is a very special professional. I could list here many of Rika's skills (like: resilient, mature, efficient, client's results oriented, ethical conduct). All those skills she surely possess, but the ones that really have stood up in my opinion have been her charisma, the huge willingness to help others, along with her empathetic and compassionate behavior. Those "open hearted" skills are the ones that allow her to achieve an over the edge performance in helping people change. And that's what is expected from a great coach. I do recommend Rika!
