I had the pleasure of working with Naureen for a couple of years as Loyalty and Retention Specialists when she joined the Loyalty and Retention department at Fleet Complete. She quickly became a very efficient and productive contributor. Naureen is hard-working, positive, dedicated, emotionally intelligent, and very humble and easy for management to lead. I could also tell she had great management and leadership skills by how she interacted with colleagues in our department when she gave them assignments. She was good at calmly dealing with even the most irate clients and also great at supervising staff and reporting to management, which she was often called upon to do. I could tell she was a great supervisor and manager in the past, and I think she will be a great one in the future. I highly recommend her.
