• Carry out and lead and all tasks of radio operator III. • Lead and train other radio operator to maintain communication equipment. • Operate the T-card and boarding card system, Update field personal records in the POB system, and also collect daily. • Work with Transportation Coordinator and helicopter pilots to produce helicopter flight schedules/passenger manifest/cargo manifest for infield flight operation and crew change flights operation between offshore facilities and onshore base. • Manage daily crew boat transportation for cargo and personal. • Responsible for communication task, monitoring SSB radio, UHF, VHF radio, personal accommodations, flight booking for shore and interfiled helicopter, update POB movement, Room assignment, monitoring fire panel, updating T-Card system, Telephone operator, Information center, monitoring weather and night watch. • Maintain Communications access with the company’s network stations, field support vessels and air traffic control. Monitor standby radio channels and coordinate communications in the event of emergency conditions. • Conduct the flight watching of each of aircraft’s position and movement of marine vessel and report to all concern. • Communicate with Marine Controller and Air Transport Controller in regards to loading/offloading of field materials and persons. • Communicate with other radio operators at offshore and onshore radio station, vessels, and helicopter pilot, flight dispatcher and other logistics personnel and monitor helicopter movements (flight watcher) as well as coordinate the dispatching of cargo and personnel to and from his assigned offshore platforms. • Full responsibility in role of Helicopter Landing Officer (HLO).
