  - Ensure day to day maintenance activities such as PM, CM, CBM and PdM for highlight maintenance work are achievable as planned. - Monitor and organize O&M contractor team and multi-disciplined maintenance sub-contractor team to inspect PM&CM work to achieve the corporate target and must be followed standard and procedure that comply with legal and local regulations. - Develop maintenance activities, plan and program such as PM, CM of O&M contractor and CBM, PdM, RCA, FMEA, CMMS of Hongsa Power to optimize with Hongsa Power Plant. - Collaborates with O&M’s contractor, maintenance team, maintenance sub-contractor, maintenance planning team and related parties to control key activities and overall schedule of planned / unplanned outage. - Supervise and develop maintenance team with maintenance planner and reliability engineer to set up the predictive maintenance and condition base monitoring program to analyze reliability of equipment and giving recommendations to inspect with systematic problem solving by historical data or big data base. - Develop maintenance team to manage and control sufficient spare part and upgrade spare part followed by maintenance requirement with American, Europe or Japanese standard. - Supervise maintenance team to technical support to procurement department and improve spare part data base on SAP for spare part purchasing and sourcing potential contractor to service. - Collaborates with maintenance planning to author in maintenance section report and/or presentation by monthly, quarterly, bi-yearly, yearly and estimate maintenance budget by bi-yearly and yearly. - Collaborates with disciplined parties of Hongsa Power Plant to achieve the corporate target of company such as EAF, ISO standard, etc. Show less
