Fanawin Christian Academy is an elementary school located in Liberia, West Africa. I was afforded the opportunity by my parents to create a Christian friendly environment for underprivileged boys and girls where they could feel safe to learn, play and grow. I designed and coordinated the construction of the school facilities, build it from ground-up and sponsor the entire project with my personal finances. We now provide education and social support to more than 350 students, by creating early career paths in carpentry, information technology, cosmetology, drafting and architecture, music and dancing, and home decoration skills, along with the the regular course of study of the Liberian School System.

To assist with qualitative and quantitative research that supports policy development for the NYCDCP. To develop databases that monitors trends with building permits and construction in New York City to understand local and national trends in retail and e-commerce, changes in consumer spending habits resulting from the pandemic, economic and real estate trends connected with urban Agriculture to plot/plan where new buildings are needed the most; residential, commercial and mix-use.
