At Avanta Virtual (Previously known as Davinci Virtual) I handle all our Live Receptionist clients calls, scheduling of appointments in any calendar format as well as syncing their calendar entries and contacts, reporting detailed list of statistics for management as well as clients. Processing clients orders via any banking portal and typing of business company documentation. I have also keen interest into problem solving and the process for setting up work stations. I also have extensive knowledge in Salesforce, Ultrasoft and Cisco & Evo Communication. I have also been trained on meeting room booking processes and created variable billing cases for the accounts department to bill clients. Back in 2011 I assisted in the Customer Service Department whilst still actively involved in VPA tasks as well as trouble shooting of clients accounts, cancellation of clients accounts as well as aiming to retain their business. Reporting detailed list of Statistics and creating accounts at all partner centres. Variable billing of live minute overage charges.
