Nathan and I had the pleasure of working together at Chrysler Financial Services. He is a tremendous leader who knows how to motivate his employees and co-workers and takes pride in his coaching, mentoring and leadership. I would describe his leadership style as tactical as well as visionary as he always managed to lead his underperforming teams to top performing teams within a short period of time. He is a people-oriented leader who is able to balance the strategic objectives of his role without losing sight of the human aspect. Throughout his tenure at Chrysler Financial Services Nathan mentored many employees into leadership roles including into key-positions within the company. Any company should feel fortunate to have him as a leader. I give Nathan my highest recommendations.

I worked closely with Nathan at Chrysler Financial during a very tumultuous period of time in the company’s history. The company was going out of business, and while the majority of the staff had been relieved of their duties, Nathan was asked to stay on and help liquidate what assets remained. After working with him in this capacity for just a few weeks, it became obvious to me why he was chosen for this task. Nathan was able to maintain his composure, keep a positive attitude, and display a high level of professionalism at all times. The behaviors that he displayed while working under these extremely stressful circumstances made an impact on me and everyone with whom he came in contact. In addition to being someone of very high moral/professional character, Nathan is also an extremely bright individual. His highly analytical nature allows him to look at complicated issues/problems and view them as several small, simplistic, solvable tasks. He creates workarounds and develops solutions that others are only able to conceptualize. In summary, Nathan is an extremely intelligent, hardworking individual with a very bright outlook on most everything/everyone he comes in to contact with. It was a pleasure working with him and I only wish that our tenure together could have been extended as people like this tend to rub off on those they choose to surround themselves with.
