Nathan Shultz is a fantastic coach, facilitator and human being. I was introduced to Nathan by my coach, Meg Wolf, when I was looking for someone to help my introduce Brene Brown’s Dare To Lead concepts to my company at an offsite. Nathan spent time planning a session with me that would span 8 hours over 2 days. We had an introductory call together and then he had separate calls with my team leads and then one with our whole company to introduce the work. In between our kickoff call and the offsite, Nathan dove deeper into Brene Brown’s work to plan a session that fit what I wanted. Nathan is an outstanding coach, a first rate facilitator and a great person to know. My whole team spent time with him in between sessions and everyone was impressed. A few people from the team expressed that they were skeptical of the session before it started, but left feeling inspired and empowered. We left the session with important learnings, a clear action plan, and time to digest and debrief. I highly recommend working with Nathan as a coach for for anything career related, team related or just personal development related. He’s an amazing human, I loved working with him and look forward to doing it again soon.

Nathan and I started working together in September of 2021. I had recently begun a new managerial position for the first time, as well as moved to a city without any connections.
