I worked with Nathan for a 14-month period while he held the role of Program Manager for me. In this role, Nathan was responsible for maintaining all of the controls and standards that we defined within the program. In addition, Nathan was our interface to the Cloud Operations team, where he would organize and schedule all new site builds, which were automated under Nathan’s watch and control. Over time, I came to see Nathan’s expertise, and leadership, which I exploited by having Nathan represent as 2nd in command, in essence the Chief of Staff for the program. This role required that he be an excellent communicator, a thorough investigator, and a rational negotiator, all things that he did at the highest level, and in a way that built camaraderie across the team. Nathan is highly organized, personable, committed, accountable, and dependable. I attribute a great deal of the project’s success to Nathan’s abilities, work ethic, and attitude. I would be happy to, and look forward to working with Nathan again.
