Responsible for the growth of the business by providing engineering support for both presale and contracted work. Duties included managing pre-sales, coordinating engineering of contracted formwork, creating detailed equipment lists, and reviewing technical drawings and calculations of direct reports and team members.• Designed column supported forming systems for numerous bridge caps across the South East, including the largest hammer head bridge cap currently in Georgia for Sunbelt Structures.• While designing the forming of a stadium riser at the University of Virginia, it was realized that the horizontal pressures could not be handled by bracing to the ground due the fact that the risers were elevated. I developed a solution where the contractor anchored our forms to an existing beam, in which they will obtain savings through minimized labor and equipment requirements.• Encountered an engineering challenge in cycling the forms for an 1128’ long coal-handling tunnel that was being built around existing structures, making standard cycling methods obsolete. I examined and documented the nonconforming points of interest and helped to generate an innovative cycling method that allowed unconventional cycling of the forms that kept the project ahead of schedule and under budget.• Created and managed a forming solution for a 7 level 1,900 car parking garage for Duke University
