Nathan is an amazing Senior IT leader. Nathan managed the entire IT team for a very complex Pharmacy Benefit Management system. The IT teams included application developement and support (cloud and mainframe), systems support, vendor management, Enterprise Services relationship. Nathan did an outstanding job of providing guidance to the teams in making the system more efficient, implementing several operational efficiency projects to cut cost, and great customer service. Nathan was able to groom several of his associates to grow in the organization and be good leaders and I am certainly one of those that have been groomed to become a leader responsible for application development and support team for the RxNova product.
