Nathan is truly a professional, he helped put together a team to bid on an event in San Diego. This team was a cross section of different cultures, ages, experience and came together under his guidance and leadership. Many times Nathan brought the group together and not only did the team succeed but almost won the event. Because of the team new opportunities have been discovered, this was only possible because of Nathan’s vision, drive and professionalism, he was the glue.

I had the pleasure of working with Nate as he served as the GM of the 2012 Florida League Champion DeLand Suns. Nate reported to the Florida League to serve as an operations intern for the team. Due to circumstances with the team, he was elevated to the General Manager role, a move that turned out best for the league and the team. Nate took the position and ran with it creating a great atmosphere at the ball park and providing leadership where it had lacked. He not only turned the position around but exceeded all expectations that season. Nate was a pleasure to work with and was a motivated and extremely hard worker no matter what was thrown his way. I would recommend Nate for any organization as I know he has the will to succeed in any situation. If I were in the position to make a hire for a company in the future, he would easily be one of the first additions to my team.
