• Responsible for management of implementation projects, and managing a team of people for doing the same.• Introduced several best practice project and product document templates, which were used to vastly improve the implementation process, including system description documents that could be used for client sign-off, developer guidance and also to inform the test process.• Introduced several Standard Operating Procedures in order to communicate and standardise the way that certain processes would be undertaken to internal parties, including: Feature Release Management, Document Control, User Guide Management etc.• As part of the implementation process I engaged clients in multi-day workshops in order to gather, document and clarify their requirements.
