He has daily interaction with members and regular interaction with Corporate Partners/Sponsors. Nathaniel was elected to the NSW Parliament in the 2019 March Election. In this role, Nathaniel has overseen the Bowral and District Hospital Redevelopment and the complete rebuild of Picton High School. He also fought hard for residents affected by mining subsidence. In addition, he advocated for local tourism, including rejuvenating the Picton to Colo Vale loop line for Heritage Steam Train tours, Agri-Tourism, and protecting local character. During his time as the Member of Wollondilly, Nathaniel delivered millions in Roads, Sporting, Utilities, and other forms of Infrastructure funding to the Region. As Government Whip, Nathaniel oversaw maintaining party discipline when voting and passing Legislation for the Government. In addition, the Whip is the eyes and ears of the Premier when dealing with and liaising between Government Backbenchers and Ministers. In recent times during Minority Government, the Whip had additional duties in dealing and negotiating with the Opposition and crossbench. Show less
