A requirement at Wilmington academy 6th form, I was required to have 2 weeks of work experience, which was up to me to find a suitable location, in this case a chartered surveyors company . In those two weeks, I did a week of administrative work dealing with clients' cases, organizing meetings between clients and renters. To sit in board meetings that disgust about the company's future and strategies. This gave me insight into how an organization of this scale operates and how these changes in meetings can affect the business's future as an organization and its employees. Show less
