  Using the processes of construction estimating, I establish a fair price point for a bid using labor and materials. This includes increasing or decreasing the bid based on talking with clients and finding out multiple variables i.e (budget, quality of restoration job they want, lead removal in pre 1978 houses) I also lead a cohesive team on job sites to get projects done in a timely manner for the clients as well as to keep the team on schedule.
