  I have worked at this five-day-a-week newspaper with a circulation of about 6,000 full time since May 2017. I started out as a sports and features stringer and began working in the office as a copy editor in March 2017. My duties include designing the A-section of the paper daily, writing headlines and proofing copy for errors and correct AP style usage. I also occasionally write articles, shoot and edit video and post to social media. I assist in prepress production five days a week.
