  The Officer Training program at Community First Guam FCU is a post-graduate program for individuals interested in pursuing a career in the finance industry. This is a rigorous training program that is approximately finished within 12 to 18 months. As an Officer Trainee, I was exposed to and trained on the different functions in each department within the organization. The length of each department rotation varies from four to nine weeks. I was assigned to perform regular department duties, along with officer, supervisory, and/or managerial responsibilities. The departments I rotated in include the following: Loan Servicing, Credit Counseling/Collections, Consumer Loans, Mortgage Loans, Member Business Loans/Commercial Loans, Call Center Operations, Compliance, Internal Audit, Technology, Human Resources, Accounting, Marketing
