  I was a Lock Desk Analyst with great understanding and knowledge in: Locking loans, locking loans through multiple price changes via phone or email, Possessing exception authority to policies and procedures with the trust of management, cancelling loans in trades and pipeline, reading and teaching rate sheets to brokers and correspondents, re-locking loans, determining worse case-relocks, product hedge category changes, etc. I was in charge of National Correspondent Lock Desk while also contributing the same level of work to the wholesale department which comprised of 6-8 Individuals.
