  I served as the head of all video and photo production for the digital agency RAIN. I supervised a staff of 2-20 freelancers and roughly $3mm in production billing annually. I served as the in-house director for RAIN, working directly with clients on production-exclusive work, or with a large agency team for campaign-driven work. I was regularly involved in concepting creative, and would supervise other vendors or directors when the creative called for another team. I grew accounts from new business to $1mm annual billing. My decisions were informed strategically, financially, creatively, and in interest of both the client—as well as the individuals I was responsible for. My abilities included sight-reading of classical, musical theatre & jazz, sight-transposition, improvisation, learning by ear when music was not present, and re-arranging music on the fly that was not composed in a suitable manner for the singer.
